How we work with you

All items are priced in GBP £ 

• Numerous images and condition details are included in every item sent we do our upmost to thoroughly check each item when we photograph them  

• Some items will have signs of use as some pieces can be 100 + years old 

• If a item has or is needing restoration we will inform you 

• We require a deposit payment at 30 lots in , with the balance to be paid the week the shipment leaves our premises 

• All containers are wrapped and packed with corrugated cardboard and paper blankets 

• Every item is individually numbered and lotted with our labels 

• We much prefer having the container’s loaded from the floor as we can increase the volume of items we can fit on 

• For loading a container the fees are

This includes manpower also  all paper , cardboard and bubble wrap 

• We supply regularly multiple customers who all purchase full containers from ourselves, if any items are purchased from other places or businesses a handling charge and storage maybe applicable per item not purchased from us 

• All paperwork lotting etc is arranged and done in house we also can send images and prices list for you while the container is being selected so you are in control of budget etc

• Items can be “cleaned” up or sold as is which ever is required , restoration can be provided at a reasonable cost 

• Payment is to the same uk bank account via bacs or transfer apps  

• Invoices are provided and emailed once payment received  

• we liaise with the shipping company’s to find a competitive price for your freight the shipping company will provide there details for payment of the shipments transportation 

• Images of stock can be sent via email WhatsApp iMessages and other messaging services 

• If there are particular items you need let us know and we will do our upmost to source them for you
